Ashley St. Clair Vanishes from Social Media as Elon Musk Custody Battle Heats Up

Ashley St. Clair’s Social Media Silence Raises Concerns
Tech billionaire Elon Musk recently welcomed his 14th child, but the disappearance of the baby’s mother, Ashley St. Clair, from social media has raised significant questions and concerns among her followers.
Ashley’s last post on X (formerly Twitter) was made on February 16, 2025, featuring a controversial statement about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, where she wrote: “Can u believe the nerve of this gold digger.” Since then, she has remained absent from the platform, leading to growing speculation about her sudden silence.
Public Reactions to St. Clair’s Absence
Ashley, an author and director, became widely known after revealing that she had given birth to Musk’s son. However, her recent absence from social media has raised concerns among her followers about her well-being.
One user commented: “I don’t want to alarm anyone, but she hasn’t posted anything since this.” Another remarked: “It’s been a whole month since Ashley St. Clair’s last timeline post. Have we lost her?”
A third said: “Whatever happened to Ashley St. Clair? She used to post about 50 times a day and now hasn’t posted in a month. Her last post was accusing Zelensky of being a gold digger.”
Ashley St. Clair and Elon Musk: A Private Life Turned Public

On Valentine’s Day 2025, Ashley shocked the public by announcing that she and Elon Musk had welcomed a son together. In her post, she wrote: “Alea iacta est” (“The die is cast”), a phrase famously attributed to Julius Caesar.
In the same post, Ashley explained why she had kept the birth private for months:
"Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause."
Ashley emphasized her desire to shield her child from media attention, stating: "I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy and refrain from invasive reporting.”
Custody Battle: St. Clair Fights for Sole Custody of Musk’s Child
Despite Ashley’s initial statement about taking time off social media to focus on her family, reports have emerged that she is now suing Elon Musk for sole custody of their child, identified as R.S.C.
According to People, Ashley claims that Musk has only seen their child three times since his birth in September 2024.
A representative for St. Clair shared: “This has never been about money for Ashley. This is about protecting the best interests of Ashley and Elon’s child from a man who can’t be counted on to even communicate, much less act consistently in the role of a father.”
The statement continued: “Mr. Musk spends more time on his own social media platform talking about his children’s mothers than talking to them. We tried to handle this collaboratively with Mr. Musk, but it takes both a father and a mother to do that, and he refused all conversations.”
Musk to Appear in Court Over Custody Battle
According to The Daily Mail, Elon Musk is scheduled to appear in court in late May 2025 to address the legal dispute over his child with St. Clair.
Her attorney, Karen Rosenthal, confirmed: “The courtroom will be closed and the record sealed. Other than that, I have no comment.”
As speculation continues to grow about the reasons behind Ashley St. Clair’s absence from social media, many are left wondering if her silence is connected to the ongoing custody battle—or if there’s more to the story.
